9 weeks
more than 8 years but not more than 9 years
10 weeks
more than 9 years but not more than 10 years
11 weeks
more than 10 years
12 weeks

 

if notice is given by the employer
and the notice is worked in full
employee receives full pay as usual
and the employer does not give proper notice or does not allow the employee to work his notice period
Employer is to pay the full notice to the employee
and the employee does not want to work the notice period
employer to pay 1/2 the notice to the employee

if notice is given by the employee
and the notice is worked in full
